3. No Guaranteed Results

- Conversion rates
Performance depends on multiple factors outside of our control.
4. Payments
All fees, pricing, and payment terms will be agreed upon before the start of any service.
- Payments are typically due in advance unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may result in paused services
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
5. Fulfillment & Operations
For fulfillment and operational support:
- We act as a service provider, not the product owner
- Clients are responsible for product compliance and quality
- Shipping timelines and logistics may vary depending on third-party providers
We are not liable for delays or issues caused by external logistics partners.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as:
- Advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Affiliate networks
- Payment processors
- Logistics providers
We are not responsible for:
- Platform policy changes
- Account suspensions
- External system failures
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, and content created by Poxgate remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted usage rights only within the scope of the engagement.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of working together.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poxgate shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Business interruptions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the working relationship at any time with reasonable notice.
Upon termination:
- Outstanding payments remain due
- Access to services may be revoked
